Steve McPherson, president of ABC, has said that there is a tiny possibility that Scrubs may return nest year (here: http://tvbythenumbers.com/2010/01/12/abcs-mcpherson-loves-ugly-betty-but-loves-scrubs-better-off-ted-too/38578), though it looks as though we'll be competing with Better Off Ted.
This is why it is imperative that we continue this campaign, as it may actually work! There is no room to be sceptical. Fight, ma peepies (they know you mean peeps, just change the subject...), we could actually win this. It seems sending letters to ABC is the best way to get through!!
McPherson also has said this:
"I love both those shows [Scrubs and Better Off Ted]. Scrubs did an amazing job of taking the show into another year. Hope there's potential for growth, but numbers weren't there. Intent not to burn them off. We'll make a decision when those shows stop airing."
